Mitu User Agreement

Effective Date: August 18, 2025

Welcome to Mitu ("we," "our," "us"). This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs your access to and use of the Mitu mobile application and related services (the "App"). By registering an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must stop using Mitu.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Mitu.
• By creating an account, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into this Agreement.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet these requirements.

2. Account Registration & Security

• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account.
• If you suspect unauthorized use, notify us immediately at [service@mitu.zone].

3. Community Rules & User Content

Mitu is a music community where users can share and interact. To maintain a safe environment, you agree that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to the content you upload.
• You grant Mitu a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App.
• You are responsible for your content, which must not:
  - Violate any law or regulation.
  - Infringe third-party copyrights or trademarks.
  - Contain hate speech, threats, or harassment.
  - Promote violence, sexually explicit material, or illegal activities.
• We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.
• Users may report inappropriate content; we will review and take action as needed.

4. In-App Purchases & Refunds

• Mitu may offer virtual items, coins, or premium subscriptions.
• Payments are processed by Apple App Store, under their terms and policies.
• All purchases are final and non-refundable, unless required by law.
• Subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled in your App Store or Google Play settings.
• Virtual items cannot be exchanged for real money, transferred, or redeemed outside the App.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use Mitu for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
• Harass, abuse, or impersonate other users.
• Post spam, misleading information, or harmful software.
• Attempt to disrupt, hack, or reverse-engineer the App.
• Engage in any activity that may damage our community or reputation.

6. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate this Agreement or community rules.
• You engage in fraudulent or abusive activity.
• You misuse payment features or dispute valid charges.

You may delete your account at any time via in-app settings or by contacting us.

7. Intellectual Property

• Mitu owns all rights to the App, including trademarks, logos, and design.
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our services without written consent.
• You retain rights to your uploaded content but grant us usage rights under Section 3.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• Mitu is provided "as is" without warranties.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
  - User content or third-party actions.
  - Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.
  - Technical issues beyond our control.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• This Agreement is governed by the laws of [insert jurisdiction, e.g., California, USA].
• Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or courts in [jurisdiction], unless otherwise required by law.

10. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement periodically. Continued use of Mitu after updates indicates acceptance of the new terms.
